Just had 10" deal 3 pizzas and chips,very disappointed with pizza base and toppings. Been ordering from Napoli for some time,noticed the toppings and cheese are very sparse. Would not recommend anymore

I would give them no stars if I could sent us freezing cold food 2 1/2 hours after I ordered and refused a refund worst takeaway EVER stay clear

Ordered a vegetarian pizza, came with chicken on. Was told by owner that chicken is tastier than pizza. Refused a refund. Complaint in to FSA.

Horrible, don’t go here!! My pizza was disgusting, it was burnt, creasy and when I picked up the slice everything fell off!! I threw half of it away and I have been sick because of it, horrible!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I honestly don't know how this place is still running their service is aboustley disguting. Ordered at 7:50 2 hours later we rang them asking were our order was to be told it would be 20 mins. Half an hour passed wasn't here so rang back they then said it would be 30 mins and then said to us that the food had been delivered to the wrong address. Honestly a joke of a business avoid this place at all costs

Bought donner wrap, half and half pizza and some cheese and chips last night, according to the timer, it came on time, but they are usually here well before the timers, anyway the chips and cheese where cold and chips soggy, the pizza was dry and cold and the donner wrap wasnt hot like i would expect it to be. Honestly used to love this takeaway i dont know what went wrong, maybe the no tip had us put as last delivery delivery hence it being cold but it was a cash order and I usually tip cash to drivers directly, not via the website tipping service. So glad i didnt tip this time, i definitely wont be using this takeaway again unless im refunded, but im not holding my breath. oh and..... THIS IS NOT AMERICA, TIPPING IS NOT SEEN AS MANDATORY AND DEFINITELY SHOULDNT DICTATE THE LEVEL OF SERVICE YOU PROVIDE TO CUSTOMERS. Waste of money and not cheap either and considering i live closer now than i did at trafford road, im shocked at the service.

We live at the other side of Hull and had visited a nearby pub so decided to try something. Absolutely delightful smell, really clean and tidy, lovely friendly staff and even though they were extremely busy, they chatted. The food was the best we've ever had from a takeaway, really hot, fresh, good quality food. Even driving home 20 mins, the food was still hot. The pizza is amazing, good quality of ingredients, lovely pizza bases, burgers really good and chicken wraps gorgeous. We've n never tasted chips so good! Absolutely the best takeaway in Hull.

This place used to be the best kebabs in Hull, however ordered tonight waited ages for delivery. When it arrived our order was wrong... called the shop to let them know and ask for the rest to be sent out, which was a job in itself and had to explain half a dozen times what we were short!! Finally said they would send my daughters kebab out .... fast forward this arrived 50 mins after we had eaten. Then 10 minutes later another knock on the door delivery driver again informing us we had not paid for our order. How very embarrassing and insulting when we paid for our order via card. Called the shop again to let them know to be answered by the rude receptionist AGAIN! to be informed don't worry ... no payment, well I know no payment as I have already paid!! Absolutely appalling service from this takeaway as of lately, food has gone down its not as high standard as it used to be, donner meat used to be really really nice now it's just like all the rest of the kebab shops around. Used to be worth paying the extra for but sadly due to the service and standard of food as of lately I cannot recommend anymore and don't think we will use again. 😕

Waited 2 hours for our food, came cold (as expected). Rubbish service, delivery man thought he was smart and laughing about it whilst ramming a kebab down his throat. Worked in service myself and no way does it take over 2 hours to prepare food and deliver 10 minute drive away. Just glad to have food 2 hours later that isn’t stone cold eventhough we had to collect.

Such a shame this long standing takeaway has become so poor. Previous times have always been excellent over the years but this time ordered through website. Order came within the hour. Missing a small chips for our daughter. Called to explain. Told too far to bring out a small chips only, which is justifiable if they didn’t mess up the order in the first place. Sat down to eat and everything was cold. Prices are extremely reasonable but not when items are missing and food is inedible. Make some changes!
