Beth has been looking after Max for a number of years now. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Both Beth and Mandy are extremely reliable and Max loves it when they come to look after him. In a word they are Superstars! Thank you both for treating Max like your own.

Beth has looked after our dog Gus for nearly a year. Gus loves Beth and he is always super excited to see her. Whilst Gus was a pup she helped us out a lot visiting him multiple times if for whatever reason we needed to leave him for a few hours. She has also provided us with walking services when we have struggled to get him out due to work commitments. Beth always texts to let me know Gus is well and provides updates as and when needed. She has always been flexible trying to help us out when we have had an unforeseen need to be out of the house for the day. We totally trust her with the keys to our house and with Gus. We completely recommend Beth if you need a dog sitter/walker in the Anlaby area.

We’ve been using Beth for over 6 years now for our Rolo who came to us with problems as rehomed him, these included not liking other dogs. She’s always worked with us to help over the years with his training and done several home stays in these years too so we can have family holidays. Would recommend her, Rolo’s always pleased to see her.

We wanted to send a review/feedback of your stay with the boys. We are extremely concerned and disappointed that you left the dogs for such a long time on numerous occasions and sometimes for prolonged periods numerous times a day. We agreed a maximum of 4 hours for the dogs to be left, and we were under the understanding this would be worse case scenario, it wouldn’t happen numerous times and certainly not numerous times a day. I’m also quite annoyed that your parents came to my house numerous times. We hired you and vetted you to be in my house alone and with our boys not someone else. If i had met her and this would have been agreed it would not have been a problem, but from our point of view, a complete stranger is in my house unattended when I’m not even in the country. And as for the accident, the boys do not have accidents ever in the house unless they are unwell or unattended to. And this again leaves us to believe that you have neglected them during your stay. Regretfully, we will not be recommending your service and we feel our trust was very much broken.

Absolutely trustworthy, reliable, amazing, friendly and truly dog loving Ladies. I can't recommend enough. Both - Beth and Mandy are real gems in our area. They have never let us down - MORE!- they help us many time when unexpected situation happened. My Labradors adore them both ( I know, because once or twice I was at home, when Mandy came to take them for walk). I couldn't be more happy to use Trails And Treats Agency. As a Mum of two Golden Oldies I am keep thinking how are my Boys when I'm at work.
