3 items from my parcel missing. Told at store i would get refunded in 10 days. As yet...l've not received one text, phone call or email about these missing items. Had to Tel...customer services - who then said they had to cancel the LOST ITEMS. What!!! Then, a refund would Appear in my account in 3-5 days. Im left wondering...If I had not telephoned - what would have happened. How can you trust a company that does not communicate? Would they have just forgot about it and kept my money? I'm hoping not... Come on Asda... communicate. I'm not gifted with telepathy. They should not leave it to customers to chase for missing items & refund. Then keeping my money 10 days then a revised 3-5 days - Before refund.... I Haven't a clue which answer is correct. l ordered in good faith. Sadly... I find it deplorable they would treat a customer like this. I wish this was one off but had issues before. Oh hum...this review would not of been written if they had communicated. 😢 Date of experience: 30 November 2023

This started as an industrial area with a Morrisons distribution warehouse. So the access for the number if cars is poor it is not well located and should have remained light industry use.

You may have a varied amount of stock for sale but why bother with clothes when the fitting rooms are always closed . Try hiring more staff to cover the fitting rooms...

Good parking facilities for all. Can become very busy and congestedcausing problems entering and leaving the car park.

Great place to shop but parking is ridiculous, being disabled is not good but the parking is too restricted it takes much longer to get in and out of shops and there are a few there now .

Quite large, good selection of shops. We went to Marks and spencer, Asda and Next. All in the same row with free parking, certainly worth going.

Convenient for doing my Next and M&S order pick-ups and returns without actually having to venture onto the car park that is Hull’s road system.

This nearby shopping park is a staunch friend in allowing me to shop in person, or online, for virtually everything I need for my family on a day to day basis. The shops are all spacious, clean and well-staffed and cover a diverse variety of foods and Home essentials. Long opening hours and excellent parking availability make the stores from Morrisons to Iceland Depot an outstanding facility. I still miss a proper M and S though!!
