Reviews for LOUISE DELL PERFORMING ARTS (ADULT TAP), ANLABY WITH ANLABY COMMON

My little girl loved the ballet sessions with Louise, and I couldn't fault her progression with ballet and tap with her. With that bring said, her partner Chantelle was extremely rude whenever I had any interaction with her and when I brought an issue to her attention. As an organisation, I would have expected somewhat of professionalism when dealing with issues or complaints that parents have had. I was instead greeted with rudeness and dismissal instead of any kind of solution. Chantelle, on many occasions, spoke with parents rudely and very unprofessionally. Within my time waiting for my daughter to come out, I had numerous parents inform me that they, too, have had Chantelle speak extremely rudely and abruptly to them. I brought my concerns to louise about how chantelle spoke to me and how unnecessary it was for her to speak to me like this, but clearly nothing was addressed. Since the first initial disagreement I had with chantelle, she seemed to go out of her way to try and be rude and abrupt towards me, when purposely, I tried to avoid her in any way possible. My daughter lines up, waiting to go into her actual ballet class, right next to the front doors, that leads onto a very busy carpark. I, as a parent, feel that I have the right to judge what I feel is safe and not safe for my child and act accordingly. On occasions, there was no adult present, which then left my child and others, left in a line, unattended by any adult. So that was the reason why i didn't feel comfortable leaving her until she went into her class. I paid alot of money for my child to attend this ballet session and to be spoken like I had been, by the person who is meant to greet the parents and children as they're coming in for their ballet class, is just absolutely appalling. After receiving the email regarding my child having to leave the ballet class, I then rang louise up to discuss what had been said in the email. When speaking with louise, you could actually have a calm and proper conversation with her. Until chantelle came on the phone, and there was just absolutely no sense coming from that woman. She was again extremely rude, bringing up situations that had absolutely no relevance and not taking in a single thing I had to say. After trying to discuss on the phone, again, very unprofessionally, chantelle then proceeded to put the phone down, mid conversion. That in itself just shows the level of immaturity from chantelle and her inability to have normal, adult conversation. There needs to be a level of professionalism and politeness when running a business and to have chantelle as the person who greets children and parents into their class, I think it's a massive mistake. She has zero people skills and I think she needs to be reminded of how she speaks to people, how she acts and the tone she speaks to people in. Parents pay alot of money to attend this ballet class and for her to speak the way she does, with rudeness, shouting and complete disregard of the way she articulates any kind of issue, I think definitely is the downfall of this ballet organisation. The entire setup appears extremely poorly run, and I certainly would not recommend it.
