Had problems with my knee for 18 months or so, had physio elsewhere but no difference(apart from being a few hundred quid lighter). Was resolved to going down the surgery route but read these reviews and tried here. Abbie who is very professional and clearly knows what she is doing said if I dont feel any improvement after 2 sessions then it wont work. After the first session the difference was surprising and after 3 sessions it feels miles better.

Excellent treatment every visit. I've been seeing Abbie for various treatments for over 5 years and she has always managed to help relieve pain and increase mobility. I use the gym, with a PT, at least twice a week and me and my husband have a regular session booked with Abbie every 5 to 6 weeks to take care of any niggles. I have recommended her to several family and friends over the years and she had always managed to help.

Absolutely brilliant, Abbie was very professional, knew how to tackle the issues I had straight away and was great to chat to while having my treatment! Very communicative about what was going on with my injury and was honest about only needing the one session, left me with aftercare tips such as stretching, warm compress and running excercises. Prices are great, would highly recommend, and if I am ever unfortunate enough to have another sports injury I know who to call 🙏 Thanks Abbie!

Abbie was very professional, diagnosing my problem swiftly and treating it accordingly. She was very pleasant throughout, always making sure I was comfortable and understood what she was doing and why. My first appointment with Abbie, i could barely stand up straight, i was in so much pain with a trapped nerve in my shoulder. Spasms going down my arm, and into my neck. Abbie was lovely, definitely knew her stuff, and eased my pain after a little while. My second appointment today, I was so much better, we tried acupuncture and more electrotherapy. The difference now is amazing, and i will definitely be going again. Abbie is very professional and approachable, lovely girl.
